Each day at the Kabul Military Training Center, about 10 km east of the nation’s capital on Jalalabad Road, more than 9,000 recruits line up for chow three times a day in one of nine DFACs supplied by three kitchens and a bake shop on the sprawling 6,500-acre complex.

Afghan Security Forces conduct major spring operation

The third day of a major security operation across Southern Kandahar Province increases the security in Panjwa’i, Daman and Dand Districts with the combined efforts of the 1st Brigade, 205th Atal “Hero” Corps; AUP; National Defense Services; and Afghan National Civil Order Police.

Final Coalition COIN Leadership Course Conducted, Transitions to ANSF Instructors
